DAY 9: SERVANT LEADERSHIP — GREAT LEADERS SERVE

October 9, 2026 | October: Month of Freedom & Double Grace

Leadership in God’s Kingdom is not about position, power, or being served. It is about serving others with humility, love, compassion, and genuine care.

📖 Mark 10:45 (KJV)
“For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister…”

🙏 TODAY’S PRAYER

Lord, give me a servant’s heart. Teach me to lead with humility, compassion, patience, and genuine care for people. Remove pride and selfish ambition from my heart. Help me to serve others faithfully and use every opportunity to make a positive difference. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

🔥 LEADERSHIP TRAINING: LEADING BY SERVING

Jesus demonstrated that true leadership begins with service.

A godly leader does not simply give instructions. A godly leader helps people grow, supports them, encourages them, and creates opportunities for them to become better.

If you want to lead people well, learn to serve them well.

💡 TODAY’S LEADERSHIP WISDOM

Great leaders develop people rather than simply directing people.

Your leadership is not measured only by how many people follow you, but also by how many people become stronger, wiser, and more capable because of your leadership.
