📖 Scripture: Proverbs 27:17

“Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.”

🙏 SHORT PRAYER

Father, surround me with trustworthy people who can encourage me, correct me, challenge me, and help me grow. Give me humility to receive wise counsel and courage to accept correction. Make me accountable for the responsibilities You have entrusted to me. Remove pride and stubbornness from my heart, and help me become a better leader and servant. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Leaders Need Leaders Too.

No matter how experienced a leader becomes, nobody should walk completely alone.

Healthy accountability helps leaders recognize blind spots, correct mistakes, make better decisions, and continue growing.

A strong leader is not someone who refuses correction. A strong leader is someone humble enough to receive it and wise enough to act on it.

💡 LEADERSHIP WISDOM

Correction can protect a leader from repeating avoidable mistakes.

Surround yourself with people who will tell you the truth—not only what you want to hear.

Choose people who can pray with you, challenge you, encourage you and hold you accountable.

🔥 SPIRITUAL EMPOWERMENT

God can use the right people to sharpen your character, strengthen your leadership and help you fulfill your assignment.

Don’t reject correction simply because it is uncomfortable.

Sometimes the conversation that challenges you today can protect your destiny tomorrow.

📣 TODAY’S DECLARATION

I welcome wise counsel and responsible accountability!

I am growing in wisdom.

I am becoming a better leader.

I receive correction with humility.

I will not repeat avoidable mistakes.

God is surrounding me with people who will help me fulfill His purpose.

My yoke is broken, my grace is increased, and my life is moving forward!

Ask yourself:

“Who can honestly correct me when I am making a mistake?”

If you cannot name anyone, pray for God to bring trustworthy and wise people into your life.
