DAY 7 — INTEGRITY: CHARACTER BEFORE POSITION

October 7, 2026 | 31 Days of Prayer & Leadership Training

MONTH OF FREEDOM & DOUBLE GRACE

“My Yoke Is Broken, My Grace Is Increased, My Life Is Moving Forward!”

📖 Scripture: Proverbs 10:9

“Whoever walks in integrity walks securely…”

TODAY’S FOCUS: INTEGRITY

Position may open a door, but character sustains influence.

True leadership begins with who you are when nobody is watching.

Integrity means choosing truth, honesty and righteousness even when doing the right thing is difficult.

Your public leadership should be supported by your private character.

👑 LEADERSHIP LESSON

Character Before Position

Titles can give you a position, but character gives you credibility.

A leader may gain followers through position, but lasting influence is built through trust.

Ask yourself today:

Can people trust my words?
Do my private actions agree with my public message?
Am I the same person when nobody is watching?

Let your character become strong enough to support your calling.

🙏 SHORT PRAYER

Lord, help me walk in truth and integrity. Let my private life support the leadership I display publicly. Give me grace to make righteous choices, even when nobody is watching. Build strong character in me and make my life worthy of the calling You have given me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

🔥 TODAY’S DECLARATION

My character will support my calling!

I walk in truth.
I walk in integrity.
I choose righteousness.
I will not compromise my values.
My private life will honor God.
My leadership will be trustworthy.
My character will support my calling!

Amen!
