DAY 19: HUMILITY — THE SECRET OF GREAT LEADERSHIP

October 19, 2026 | October Daily Prayer & Leadership Training

Theme: Month of Freedom & Double Grace
“My Yoke Is Broken, My Grace Is Increased, My Life Is Moving Forward!”

📖 Scripture: Philippians 2:3

“Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves.”

🙏 Short Prayer

Lord, keep my heart humble as You increase my influence. Help me value people, listen carefully, remain teachable, and never allow success to make me forget You. Give me the grace to lead with humility. Amen.

🔥 Leadership Training: Humility and Influence

True leadership is not only about position, titles, or authority. Great leaders know how to remain humble while carrying influence.

A humble leader listens, learns, appreciates others, accepts correction, and gives God the glory.

The higher God takes you, the more important humility becomes.

💡 Leadership Wisdom

Humility and influence can grow together.

Never become too important to listen. Never become too successful to learn. Never become too influential to serve.

A teachable leader is a leader who can continue to grow.

🔥 Today’s Declaration

I will remain humble, teachable, and useful. My influence will not destroy my humility. God will increase me, and I will continue to serve others with love and wisdom. Amen!
