Time is one of the greatest resources God has given every leader. Everyone receives the same 24 hours each day, but wisdom determines how those hours are used.

Effective leaders don’t simply stay busy—they learn to focus on what matters most.

Good time management means setting priorities, avoiding unnecessary distractions, keeping commitments, and making room for God, family, work, ministry, and personal growth.

💡 Leadership Wisdom

Being busy is not the same as being productive.

A wise leader asks:

• What truly matters today?
• What should I prioritize?
• What can I delegate?
• What distractions must I eliminate?

When you manage your time wisely, you create room for greater impact.
