Day 15: Mentorship
Scripture: 2 Timothy 2:2
Leadership Principle: Great leaders raise other leaders.
Training: Leadership is not just about leading people; it is about developing people who can lead others. Paul instructed Timothy to entrust what he had learned to faithful people who could teach others. A successful leader shares knowledge, provides guidance, and creates opportunities for others to grow.
Practical Exercise: Identify one person you can mentor. Share a leadership lesson with them and give them an opportunity to take responsibility.
Leadership Wisdom: Your leadership legacy is multiplied through the people you equip.
Prayer: Lord, connect me with wise mentors and help me develop others for their God-given assignments. Amen.
Declaration: I am a leader who develops capable and responsible leaders!
