NOVEMBER 1 — LEADERSHIP UNDER GOD’S JUDGMENT

November 2026: Month of Judgment & Thanksgiving

Bethel Evidence Assembly — Daily Leadership Training

📖 Scripture: 2 Corinthians 5:10

“For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ…”

💡 LEADERSHIP INSIGHT

Every leader will give an account of their decisions, stewardship, and treatment of people.

Leadership is not only about influence, position, titles, or achievements. It is also about responsibility.

God sees how we lead, how we treat people, how we handle opportunities, and how faithfully we manage what has been placed in our hands.

A godly leader should therefore lead with humility, integrity, wisdom, and reverence for God.

🙏 TODAY’S PRAYER

Father, help me lead with a clear conscience and reverence for You. Give me wisdom to make responsible decisions and grace to treat everyone with dignity and love. Help me remember that my leadership is accountable to You. May my decisions, words, and actions honor You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

🔥 LEADERSHIP TRAINING

A position gives you authority, but character determines how you use that authority.

Before making an important decision today, ask:

“Would I be comfortable giving an account of this decision before God?”

That question can protect a leader from many wrong choices.

📣 TODAY’S DECLARATION

I will lead with integrity.
I will lead with wisdom.
I will lead with humility.
I will treat people with respect.
I will faithfully steward every responsibility God has given me.
My leadership will honor God and bless people!

🙏 TODAY’S ACTION

Take a few minutes today and examine one area of your leadership:

How am I treating the people God has placed under my influence?

Where correction is needed, make the necessary change.
