The Bible repeatedly points us toward confidence in God rather than fear.
When you feel spiritually oppressed or afraid, run toward God’s presence through prayer, Scripture and worship.
Prayer
Father, You are my light and salvation; whom shall I fear? Strengthen my heart and deliver me from every form of spiritual oppression, fear and intimidation. Fill me with Your peace and help me remain grounded in Your Word. Let Your presence become my confidence. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Declaration
The Lord is my light and salvation. I will not live in fear.
